Great service for selling online businesses

I like that our store can be scanned by customers, without having an employee present at all times! It helps me keep my business open during COVID-19 related shutdowns as it allows us greater flexibility in operating hours than before scanning was available 24/7 (i guess you could do this now if your system is set up right). The software itself isn't perfect - some of their products take longer or more clicks then they should have been able get through once we're logged into them properly but…

Pros
  • The software is easy to use and the staff are helpful and always willing to help when you call in
Cons
  • I wish the software would take less steps to complete a scan than it currently does
