I bought the camera because of the zoom function. Although the overall picture is fantastic, sometimes this camera needs extra lighting. I would also add that the autofocus is flawless. My only complaint is that if your room is very bright, you may need behind-camera lighting to get the right tone. Also, the mount CANNOT be swiveled left or right. Just up and down. I suspect the driver is broken or some other issue that has caused the camera to no longer support autofocus.
