Honestly, that's normal. I bought it to use in the back of my 26ft trailer and it doesn't provide a strong enough signal with the included antenna to contact my LG G3 phone when it's in my truck. Also, the app doesn't work on my Pixel 2XL with the latest Android version. I contacted the seller and asked what they said was the best antenna and then they sent me the same one that came with the package.
