Disappointing Automatic Aquarium Refiller

Pet Supplies are an essential part of fishkeeping, but this product just didn't deliver. My analysis of this product showed that it was unreliable and often failed to refill my aquarium properly. The pros were that it was easy to install and didn't take up much space, but the cons far outweighed the benefits. It was loud and noisy, and the customer service was unhelpful when I reported the issues. I do not recommend this product to anyone in need of a reliable automatic aquarium refill system.

This is normal, but it is not difficult to do

I'm giving it three stars because it looks like it's going to do A LOT of work! I kept a close eye on him as I'm not sure I trust him yet. Had to do things not in the instructions like adding a pipe hole above the water level in my holding tank because he built his own siphon and dumped a lot of extra fresh water into my brine tank. Suitable for task

Installed in February. It's June now. The overflow switch tripped twice so I'm glad the feature worked. The overflow switch is about 1 inch higher than the high water level. This means I have to keep the water level in the aquarium lower than I want for the overflow switch to work. I use a 5 gallon bucket as a backup tank so worst case scenario there will be about 2 gallons on the bottom.
