I like how easy it was to set up and use! Even though we were using other products prior to this one, nothing came close in terms of ease of use or functionality. It's simple yet effective. Nothing really but if you're looking for an all around great product then look no further.
We needed something easier than emailing files back and forth from desktop computers which is where our previous software left off. This has been a huge help in keeping us informed about everything going on at work…

The price point isn't bad nor are there any hidden costs once your account gets setup properly such as subscription fees etc..it just works well period :)
I love this software because of everything. My organization can use this software to communicate and collaborate during any disaster. In addition the software allows us to save files during future disasters. I don't like the customer service of this software. They are very difficult to get a hold of. The customer service is always on the run. I wish we could communicate with customer service via text. The software is a valuable tool for us as a organization during any disaster.
