I was able to assemble it with no problems. The step-by-step process is a bit disappointing, but this is for Toyota, not a long-distance supplier. Once I was able to pair, the remote worked just like my Toyota OEM remote.

If like me you have a 2013 Tundra you will need to take it to a locksmith or dealer to have it programmed. It is not possible to put the industrial truck into programming mode without special equipment. Locksmiths are likely to be cheaper than a dealer. Mine cost $45 and lasted every 5 minutes.
