Bought because my parents broke this part in their dishwasher. The product came in a box with no instructions. I had to search the internet for installation videos. It was easy when I watched the video, but without it it would have taken me a little time to figure it out. This is the only reason I downgraded the ease of installation rating as it's not that easy without the included instructions.

Hard to figure out how to install at first, but YouTube videos are very helpful. But the biggest problem is that it just doesn't last long. Both the first and second I bought broke where the wheel attaches to the rest. The second time around, as usual, I pulled out the top basket after putting it in two weeks earlier. Luckily it could still be returned. Get a metal one, not this one!

I bought this among many alternatives mainly because the picture shows the wheels attached with screws and not the horrible cleats which become brittle and break off and need repairing in the first place (I have the third block). However when the item arrived it was an old school liner model indistinguishable from the OEM. On the plus side, it was indistinguishable from the OEM - so it installed well and works just like the crappy old part. Since I bought two to have one ready when the other…

Bought this set after seeing a guy use it on YouTube. I installed the kit in the dishwasher in early January. I figured it would last since the bolt holding the wheels was metal, not plastic like the useless ones that came from the factory. That didn't stop him from collapsing. Pulling the broken grate out of the dishwasher, I found that the cause of the wheel's failure was that it was loaded because all the pins I had put in to hold the grate in place (the came with the kit), were gone‼️…
