The rollers turned out to be very squeaky, so I opted for the old original parts as I only had to replace the door cables. Even the door wires are shorter than the originals but still work. I do not recommend buying this kit.

Poor junk. Thread broke after 3 months. Now I have to order another one from a more reputable brand (hope I can find a genuine OEM part) and take the time to reinstall it.

The dishwasher door did not open or close properly, so we replaced the spring assembly. The only issue we had wasn't an issue with the product as our water line didn't allow us to unplug the unit and disconnect the water line, but other than that it was pretty easy to install.

We found our dishwasher door heavy and almost like it would break (or hurt someone) if the wrong person opened it without knowing it. We considered calling a mechanic but decided to try that first. This was exactly the part we needed! A cheap easy solution to a potential hazard!

Cables and wheels worked great. Yes, the steering wheel creaks the first time you use it. Plastic on plastic, like the original. I poured some oil behind the steering wheel and no wonder the noise went away. You can also put a little oil on the cable if it squeaks.

The diameter of the rope is a little smaller than the previous replacement but works well so far. Plastic connectors on all of these kits, as well as on factory fittings, will break over time. One of the ropes of the first set sent was obviously broken and badly hooked. Came back and the second set has a slightly damaged rope but still kept it. Recommendation: Do not return the first set until the replacement set has arrived and use two undamaged lengths of rope.

Technique 101 as if the materials do not slip. It looks like the wheels are made of the same material as the axle/bracket. When installed, the wheels will stick and not spin. Nothing I've tried has helped get the pulleys to spin. Without turning, the door groaned up and down, very annoying. Luckily for me the old system had different plastic wheels and when I put the old pulleys on the new mount all was quiet.
