Almost Perfect Knee Pad

The idea behind these braces is fantastic, but they don't offer much support. It's quite short and the air channels are small so when inflated to the maximum it doesn't prevent your knee from twisting or bending. A longer brace may work better. Otherwise, it is very comfortable and easy to inflate and deflate.

The design is very well thought out.

I have a static problem. The problem came from my back down to my right leg. I'm in physical therapy. My job is engineer. This brace is thought through to offer the best fit and support of all possible alternatives. The air inflation feature with built in check valves is a real innovation that sets this shackle apart from all others. I've been using it for about a month now. The corset allows you to move in the morning and exercise throughout the day. beam

Better than most neoprene braces but still inferior to rigid articulated braces.

I finally found a better brace. This is definitely better than most neoprene orthotics, but still significantly inferior to rigid-frame articulating orthotics. It's definitely better than I expected. MUCH BETTER. And it's nowhere near as hot as a neoprene bandage. This makes a big difference when you live in a hot climate. This is a very high quality brace that is almost perfect for my knee.
