Easy software that makes work easier and faster

It is very easy to use for our dispatchers in managing jobs from multiple clients with different fleet sizes across various regions of Canada! There are still some features I wish were available but nothing major at this time- however there have been many improvements since we started using it over 3 years ago so they will continue adding more as their customer base grows/expands.- Ability track your dispatcher's performance by region (helps if you're looking after several people)- ability…

  • The ease of use it's very easy to use and I like how they've made it simple to use and has a great user interface ability to track performance by region ability to create reports to show where issues lie

  • I wish it had more features and had more customization options the ability to import jobs from

It's great to be able use this system for both our small business as well large companies! We have been using it since we started at my previous employer so I can't think of anything specific but overall its easy enoughtolook after if you need help with any questions they are always willing tto answer them in short order (usually within an hour). They do offer some free basic features like time tracking which is nice because not everyone needs all their functions right away especially when…
