We removed our traditional fountain at work and installed a water dispenser. Of course, not everyone thinks about their container every day. So we set it up to provide them with cups. Overall it works great but I would like to see a slot or hole to see how low/full of cups you have. Also, installation was easy and the cups are easy to install and they dose correctly one at a time and easily fit into a full stack.

Fits Walmart 16oz red cups. My cups have a rim diameter of just over 3 3/4 inches, but not quite 16 inches over 3 3/4 inches. NW-101 is too big for my cups, this one fits. The diameter of the tube is adjustable according to the diameter of the cup and is fixed with 4 small screws and wing nuts.
