NOT 4K 60Hz - Accessories and supplies

Just doesn't support 4K 60Hz. 30Hz max. I paid twice as much as your standard 4K 30Hz cable, and for what? Nothing. Back immediately.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Style 90

4k60 no problem

Bought these so I can get 4k60hz from my Nvidia GPU to 4K TCL TVs as monitors. No problem even though the TV's HDMI mode was set to Auto, but I still changed it to HDMI 2.1 on the TV. Good price, high quality.

Hm. no 4k@60hz: cables and connections

As others have said, sometimes this chord works, sometimes it doesn't. I have an older graphics card (I'm not Mr. Moneybag who is currently spending 4x the price of a graphics card) Sapphire R9 280x that can display 4K at 60Hz. Unfortunately I only get 30Hz. Not cool. If the seller doesn't respond, I'll send it back.

My problem has been solved!: Cables and Connections

I was struggling to get my computer to work on our big screen TV at 4k@60hz. I've tried high speed HDMI cables which can technically support 4k@60 but I couldn't get my computer to set me that high. When I forced these settings with my graphics card, the screen just went black. It turns out that many computers use older generation HDMI (1.4) instead of the newer 2.0. It's not usually listed in the specs or documentation, so I used this cable on a whim as it allows me to use DisplayPort on my…

1.2 , HDMI 2.0) seem to have errors. If I plug it into a monitor and let it go to sleep, it doesn't wake up for me until plugged back in or restarted. However, this error is not present with any other DP to HDMI cable that I have. I'm not 100% sure it's due to a defective cable as I don't have a second to compare it so I'll give the seller the benefit of the doubt and write it off as an idiot due to unverifiable faults on the old monitor . Bottom line: If you're using this on older electronics,

Works as advertised (unfortunately for me)

I needed a Displayport to HDMI cable to share an HDMI port on my graphics card that can handle 4k at 60Hz. The connection to my 4K TV/PC worked perfectly. Exactly what I needed. Until I tried turning on HDR and realized to my horror that I hadn't read the description as carefully as I should have. Because this cable does not support HDR. A search on Revain revealed that there are other DisplayPort to HDMI cables that I should have tried instead of this feature. I will leave this cable as it is…

Works great for 4k 60Hz (but no HDR)

Updated 10/17/20 Now I understand that this cable will not work if you want to use HDR. The computer can be switched on, but the colors look completely washed out and you can see a lot of streaks. I would have guessed HDR would be possible if 4k 60 could, but I was wrong. Technically, it doesn't say anywhere on the page that HDR is supported, but it should state that it specifically doesn't. Downgraded to 4/5 stars. Didn't get full 4k 60hz initially but figured it was my TV's setup. The LG CX…

Third Time iVanky Charm

So I bought a mini form factor computer with the intention of turning it into a media computer for my home theater system. It came with DisplayPort connectors, no HDMI, but was sold at a great price. I figured I could buy an $8 DisplayPort to HDMI adapter, plug in the high-speed HDMI cable I already had, and race. There is no such happiness. I have the cheapest adapter I could find here at Revain. While video quality was generally good, 4K at 60Hz but no HDR, audio suffered from pops and clicks

Pros
  • Absolute Legend
Cons
  • High Price

I have bought several cables from this company in the past to connect my old Thinkpads to TVs and they have worked well and seem to have good build quality so thought I'd try a higher resolution cable once I have a 4K TV and a 4K capable computer. I built a Dell 7050 microcomputer from parts and now use it as my main TV and was curious to see what kind of performance I could get from its tiny size. Its HDMI is 1.4, so it's too old for anything 4K above 30Hz, but without really getting into that

Pros
  • Best
Cons
  • Ugly packaging
