I like how it can be used in so many different ways; whether you know what's selling well or not! Sometimes there are items that aren't currently being sold but should be (I think?), which makes finding those opportunities difficult - however this could also mean that our store has simply missed out upon an opportunity due to lack of inventory or stock-outs during peak seasons/holiday events, etc...
