It is an integral part of a comprehensive floor care program for cleaning, stripping, and sealing rubber floors. Cleans, shines, and protects surfaces when used on a regular basis. The advanced formula leaves behind a pleasant fragrance and will not yellow or discolor surfaces. This package includes four one-gallon containers of Diversey Wiwax Cleaning & Maintenance Emulsion.

Diversey makes good products and there is probably a good use for them.

Diversey make good products and this product is likely to be well used but is not suitable for use in automatic scrubber driers. Emulsified elements can clog the scrubber system. If you're using it in a scrubber drier, KNOW what you're doing and make sure it's completely flushed out of the system or you could have problems with the machine.

Wiwax is a wax-free floor finish

Wiwax is not a wax floor finish. This is a special blend of products used to make rubber steps and floors smooth and shiny. It works great in elevators with rubber floors. It has great slip resistance. It's also abrasion resistant. It cannot be used on a regular tiled floor. No greasy feeling. It is a solid drying product that is easy to apply and dusts off with a mop without pulling.
