PROTECT YOUR RV WATER HEATER. Anode rod act as a powerful filter for the water stored in the heater, protecting your RV water heater from corrosion and help to prolong the life of the water heater. Anode rods absorbs the corrosive action caused by hot water and prolongs the life of your water heater tank. EXTRA DURABLE. RV water heater anode rod is made from superior quality magnesium guaranteeing longer life for water heater unlike classic aluminum zinc rod. COMPATIBILITY. Magnesium anode rod is 9.25” long with 3/4” NPT threads and is compatible with Suburban and Mor-Flo water tanks. Use a 1-1/16 inch socket to install (socket not included). EASY INSTALLATION. Anode rod can be replaced very quick and easy. We included a roll of PTFE tape needed for tightening the screw and prevent looseness. Package includes: 1 magnesium anode rod and 1 roll of PTFE tape. SAFE MATERIAL. This anode rod is made of non-toxic magnesium, compared with aluminum or aluminum zinc, magnesium is not potentially dangerous and safer for human body.

Not Worth the Money Spent!

This RV plumbing part did not last a year before it started rusting and corroding. The only good thing about it is that it was easy to install. Unfortunately it is not built to last and ended up causing more problems than it solved. I would not recommend this product to any automotive or RV enthusiasts... Save your money and invest IN a higher-quality water heater anode rod..

Effective and Reliable Anode Rod

As a result of using this anode rod, I found that my RV water heater stayed corrosion-free and in excellent condition .Its automotive-grade quality ensures durability and longevity. Although it was slightly more expensive than other options it was worth every penny for its exceptional performance..

Longer life in freshwater systems

The previous owner installed a new water heater two years ago and still hasn't changed the anode rod. I ordered this one and it arrived in three days. The anode bar comes with everything you need to replace the old bar. It fits perfectly and is easy to assemble.
