Need to get this fixed

Bought this thing last week looks very strong good packaging. Put it up very easy but first time out the gate. One off the rollers broke off and door crashed to the ground.will give 5 stars if part gets replaced. Customer service came thru with replacement part very nice unit

  • It came missing the most important parts. A rod and connector are missing.

Great Product but. good for me

Track came in bent, but customer service was quick to respond and get me a replacement. The track is not as easy as others to install, but I think the clean design and aesthetics of the item is superior to others. I would give 5 stars, but quality control is poor, and missing parts had to e re-ordered three times before they got the order right. After nearly a month of waiting for the necessary parts, the fully assembled item looks great on the wall.

horrible design and hardware

Pros: the material is solid and heavy, seems well built from that point of view.Cons: First the hardware. The anchors are complete garbage. They would just spin in the walls and never tighten down. I have to go buy anchors that actually worked and were rated hold a lot more weight than the garbage they sent.Second the design. This one is on me because I should have seen it in the pictures, but the center of gravity is not under the rail so the doors now lean in, and there is nothing that can…

Strong ans sturdy good for me

Installed on the closet barn door and looks good. Also, the build looks strong and sturdy. Smooth when you roll the doors.
