The software is easy to use and has many features. Customer support is awesome.

The customer support team is very knowledgeable, helpful when you need them to be! Honestly I have no complaints at this time however it was free software we were evaluating so there will always something that isn't great about any program/software out in existence but with these guys they are awesome!! We used their product during our construction project - everything worked flawlessly from managing jobsite progress through invoice distribution as well as subcontractor payments management.…

Pros
  • They also get e invoices which makes life easier especially if client needs PDF version instead HTML one

  • Nothing really comes up right now.
  • Maybe could improve UI design

Excited and happy about using Rackspace Cloud Hosting

The customer service is great, they are always willing to help you with any questions or concerns that arise during your stay at their hotel. They can be very slow in responding sometimes but nothing major. You will have access to everything from room reservations to billing information once installed. I am able to check my account anytime day or night without having to wait around or call someone back. It's easy for me to see if there were any problems with anything while staying at one of…

  • Also no fees associated just simple payments made directly into our card as we use credit cards so this makes things easier too! Great support team who has helped us get set up quickly along wth other issues related specifically within dls p
