Don't be fooled. It's light but hard as a brick. There are three ways to use it: sit up, head up, legs up. I bought this for my college aged son who, like me, has recurrent postnasal discharge. His own review convinced me to buy it too. He puts a pillow on his but I don't. For me, the most important thing is that I wake up the way I fall asleep. The wedge does not slip, deteriorate or move. Worth every penny.

My husband has SEVERE sleep apnea (recently diagnosed). He only weighs 145 pounds and is 5ft 6 inches tall, but this pillow is TOO HEAVY for him to even try to get comfortable enough to sleep on. WOW. The old version of this product was fine. A lower density foam was used, which collapsed after about a year. I wrote a review criticizing the foam and it seems the manufacturer read my review and took it to heart. So last week I bought the product back without knowing it was from the same manufacturer.
