Terrible! Who would have thought that putting velcro strips in the middle of the product would be a good idea!? Fully straightens the hair. I cut them out, then the plastic parts also pull out the hair with a latch. Cut that out too. Then the latch won't break if you don't pull it hard enough to pull the hair out as well. Complete Useless Trash unless you want to lose ball of hair every time you use it.

I love these bun makers, just twist your hair and let the buttons down and you have the perfect bun every time. This is a replacement for the ones I've worn out from wearing it a lot!

It's so hard to snap! I've tried several times and nothing. I thought it was because my hair was too thick, so I rested with less hair and the same problem! Then the hair gets messy so I have to start over but then it's hard to get it off; Wow what a waste.

i have tried several times it is awful it is almost impossible to break it once it is in your hair and if you take it off most of your hair will also removed - the hard spongy material makes it get stuck in there ((( just awful. And I've only tried the big roller, the small one is so small I don't know how much hair you need to have to use it .

This set includes a small sponge for buns and a large sponge for long hair. Easy to use, can be hand washed if necessary. People ask me how I get such a perfect bun, so I just unbutton the bun in front of them and they're amazed!
