Does the job but in my experience can cause heating issues. The Pro does not have "amazing" airflow and while this is made as well as possible, it's still just too restrictive. It would work much better if your PS4 is in an unrestricted space. If, like most people, you have your PS4 in docks that restrict airflow anyway, I don't recommend this.

A word. Excellent! I tried the Dobes Dust Proof Kit on my original PS4 about a year ago. Still couldn't be happier. So when it came to getting a dust kit for my psPro, it was a no-brainer. Dobe.The screen mesh kit for the Pro is thicker than the PS4 kit. which is still effective on this system a year later, so I would expect the same here. The inserts are all well built and easily pop out of shape. Fit is almost perfect.

Easy to install. This set would be particularly ideal if you're storing your PS4 Pro for a while (perhaps during a move, for example) as the kit comes with rubber inserts for stuffing ports like power and HDMI, which if you're using the console you would don't employ. The set comes with a second set of foam dust inserts that can be replaced later; If you leave those inserts in and they get too dusty, chances are your console will run hotter than ideal.

Bought this kit with my brand new PS4 Pro to keep it dust free. The kit installs easily and comes with a spare set of "Filters" in case the others fall apart. Works great so far and doesn't seem to be affecting temperatures or making the system noisier through restrictions (assuming you clean them every now and then). The plugs are nice for keeping dust out of the unused ports (USB, drive, etc.). So far no complaints.

So I bought these after seeing them on two 'high profile' YouTube repair channels hoping to kill two birds with one stone to beat.1) . To protect against dust2). Block access to any malware getting into the console as this is a KNOWN issue and has already cost me a PS4. The foam also fit in the areas it needed, except for the vent holes on the back. The design would be MUCH improved if a section of foam was cut and angled to better fit the back. But nonetheless, this article is awesome!

After watching a video of a man testing this kit on a PS4Pro with a thermal sensor on the output and the CPU and SOLD immediately. I have poor ventilation for my console so this is a dream come true. Installation is easy and I can say from my own testing that the standard operating temperature of this system does not change even after HOURS of use. Any reviews that state how hot the console gets have NOT examined the system's default operating temperature, which is 170°F.

I found these on a whim while looking for ways to reduce dust buildup on PS4 Pro as I want to use my aging console as best as possible would like to receive possible. Everything fits well, although the rubber USB caps took some effort to make them work. I played rdr2 for a few hours to test how well the console ran with the protective venting sponges and I had no heating issues at all. But I should say that my PS4 sits freely on a stand directly over an air conditioner vent, so I'm not sure how

I like this dustproof kit. All parts fit well and are sturdy. Apart from that, the PS4 Pro is designed to run on a constant flow of air. The foam vent covers bother me and I probably won't be using them. The rubber stoppers are a different story. They are solid and their use does not restrict airflow through the system. For any open port I would definitely recommend using these. As for the foam vents, I'll keep them for now, but my plan is to do regular maintenance to clean out the dust that…
