The mount seems to be of good quality, with plastic parts instead of solid metal and I was able to tear the head off one and pry the other out entirely from the low quality screws included in the kit.

Relatively easy to install. The spring absorbs shock well and works great. I was apprehensive about installing on a wooden I-beam, but it worked without any problems, with no sagging or banging of the beam (note: I stayed relatively close to the wall to reduce the stress on the beam).

Used this to hang a 100lb bag in my basement from a floor beam. Have used it a few times so far and it still hangs, even after a few hard roundhouse kicks. I added a spring between the bag chains and the bracket to eliminate some of the ground shaking. Very easy to install, just a few screws and you're done, the hardest part is lifting the bag to hang it up haha.

I bought a 2x6 board and 5" wood screws with no pre-drilling. I used 10 long screws per side to attach the 2x6 board to the wood joist in the ceiling. Two screws from the box to attach the device itself and two long screws that I bought. There's a 100 pound sack hanging from it. With a spring there is no movement in the equipment or on the beam. Very happy with this product.

I bought this hook because the original hardware I used to hang the Everlast heavy bag broke near the ceiling. This device says it can carry up to 600 pounds, but it doesn't look very heavy. But it works fine! Installation was easy and the dual pivot points reduce stress on the equipment. My only complaint is that the hook is too small to hang directly from the bag's loops. I had to construct a short piece of climbing rope to attach the bag to the hook.

Bracket comes with 4 screws and 4 expansion anchors for cement or drywall. You'll need to drill pilot holes, I had to use a 1/4" bit to drill through the screws. Also make sure you have a socket wrench to tighten the screws. The moving parts come with handy plastic pads so you don't Having to rub metal on metal and not needing an extra clip/carabiner to mount the pin This is perfect if you want your bag to hang a little higher.
