Works! Not working anymore since 10/2018. I have to replace it AGAIN! Update: 10/16/19 and order another one! When I get home in May I will replace this toilet! DO NOT BUY THIS TOILET! Update 12/23/19 Today I removed the valve completely, disconnect and reconnect the valve. Now it works correctly. I didn't see the trash fall out. I will look into a water filter though as I don't currently use a water filter.

Perfect fit, actually works better than the original

Fits Dometic RV 300 series toilets Two screws are not needed, they just snap into place after using the clamp to attach the drain line . Then connect the incoming plumbing. Installation took about 3 minutes. Couldn't be easier. I forgot to flush the toilet in the winter and didn't pour RV antifreeze down the toilet lines. Perfect fit, actually works better than the original, more water pressure. zero leaks. I hope I don't have to buy another one but if I mess it up it will be the easiest RV…

If you are reading this. Yes

It's this part, it's leaking, it's frozen, you're responsible for it, it's annoying, there's not much room to work, you can pull it - (and when that happens it's a bad one thing) ,"snaps", even the toilet is easy to break (also bad), and get thread lubricant for installation (Rectorseal 23631) order 2 replacement is "general cleaning". If you are about to leave the trailer and the temperature is below freezing, this valve will freeze and start leaking unless you drain ALL the water from your…

Good replacement part

As expected this part is an exact replacement for the Dometic 300 series toilet. The actual replacement is easy if you have easy access to the back of the toilet. The valve snaps into the back of the toilet and is secured with a single screw. Unscrew it, pull it out, disconnect the two water pipes and proceed in reverse order. If you need to remove the toilet to access this valve, that's also a simple process. To my knowledge, these valves are not particularly durable and break easily when they

Poor construction means they break easily at low temperatures.

$34 for this little piece of plastic seems ridiculous, but you'll buy it when your toilet is out in the cold. In our case, a microcrack formed near the threaded rod, so there was a leak. We tried to drain everything as best we could but if you want my advice you can remove the whole piece for the winter - installation only takes a few minutes although I had to remove the toilet to be able to push the latch in the bottom. Luckily there are only two screws. You can dry your toilet and only use…
