non-original look ,,, easy to put on after removing the wire from the frame mount, and then reinsert it into the mount by pulling it with your foot enough to put back in the frame mount (tools, pliers and foot) to slide, this lasts a long time
I bought this kit to use a one piece cable retainer (bottom item in photo above) to hold my truck's original spring retainer (middle item in photo) to replace ) which had opened when I needed emergency brakes. I don't trust the spring type as mine failed so I replaced the spring type with a fixed type in both of my machines.
