Fit Ranger Edge for leaf springs and parts

It fits well and easy to put on after you remove the old one. The old one is just awful to remove. I used an angle grinder to grind the heads and an air hammer to force them through. You don't have to make the bed, it will just do extra work for no reason. Great product once you apply it.

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • Definitely bad product

Good fit, watch hardware.

Fits 2009 Ford Ranger. I have a factory clutch, so the original models had 2 rivets in place of the rear driver's side studs. It also had no slack due to the clutch to allow the bolt to be fully tightened when inserted from the outside. The bolt could be shortened or inserted from the inside and tightened securely.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Not bad

Good replacement for rusty stock part

Replaced clevises and brackets on my 01' Ranger. They were very rusty and starting to fall apart. The installation didn't go bad. I had no problems with the screws. I read a lot of reviews that the screws were terrible but mine were perfect. Make sure you secure them so they don't come loose. The dealer wanted something around 60 for the shackle. it just wasn't worth it for me. I'm glad I read the reviews and found them!

Pros
  • Great for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Faulty

Prepare to install today.

The Dorman brand is great, I bought a rear leaf spring from the same seller and had no problems with it, I am sure I will get the same results with these front rear leaf spring mounts. I see the problem, but it has nothing to do with the mounts. If you've read my other two reviews on these parts, then you've read what I said about driving your truck until you're almost out of gas. The fuel tank on my truck is exactly where I need to bolt the front bracket to the side driver. This is a Ford…

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Lots of things

Good mounts, bad screws

This mount fitted my '91 Ranger when I installed Deaver F31 leaf springs. The bracket fits perfectly. If you're smart, you'll (probably) ditch the class 10 bolts/nuts that came with the bracket. I destroyed two sets of these and then gave up and bought real grade 10 screws from the local hardware store. The bolts/nuts supplied with the bracket cannot be Class 10, regardless of what is stamped on the bolt head. I think that's unsafe and Dorman should be ashamed of such poor gear. As reported in…

Pros
  • Lots of positive vibes
Cons
  • Cleanliness
