Love it! Installs in 30 minutes

I purchased this unit for my 2008 F250 King Ranch, total install time was about 30 minutes. This was my first install and everything fitted together and closed smoothly. Engine speed is great!

This part only takes about 2 months. Do not buy.

One month right of return on a product that lasts 60 days. In two of them, the engine failed within a short time. Dorman is generally a good product but they are terrible.

So far it has been a smart purchase

The motorized controller was easy to install, particularly given the design of the door it fits into. It has the original plug, so there is no need to change the plugs. It runs very smooth and fast compared to the other 3 original windows and engines in the truck (2000 F-250 Cockpit). In general, the purchase at the moment is good, 5 days of use. Only time will tell if this will last?

DIY on power windows and motor assemblies

Perfect for the driver's door on my 2012 F250. Simple 15 minute disassembly of the old regulator and reassembly followed by a 15 minute reassembly. Very quiet and smooth operation. The quality is good (time will tell) I hope it lasts a long time. Ford wanted over $200 for the part ($56 for the Revain) and $300 to $400 for the installation. My neighbor/friend and I made it in my driveway in 30 minutes using some regular tools.

Good product! in Power Windows & Motors

This window motor and guide assembly works much better than the last one I installed. This gear has a pin on the end that goes through the entire rail assembly and keeps the gear torque centered in the spur gear track. My last one jammed the top gear and ended up snapping off the top 7 or 8 gear teeth on the rail assembly so I couldn't fully raise the window. It runs very smoothly, quietly, closes the window perfectly. The speed is not too fast, but not too slow either. Not bad for the money…
