Works as advertised. I had to smooth the burr on the pipe cutter to get everything to fit together, meaning the pieces fit together snugly (3/4 inch).

Proper Air Conditioning Installation

Brought back from the dead, a '95 Chevy G20 van with leaking rear air conditioners. Make sure you use a good quality pipe cutter, deburr the ends and clean any debris. I like to use the mini vacuum cleaner. Install as close as possible to the compressor in the suction line and as close as possible to the condenser T in the liquid line.
