The whole movement is not included

It doesn't include all the components and you have to use some parts from the previous movement. For this reason I could not use this product.

Pros
  • Lots of positive emotions
Cons
  • Only available in white

Weak but works.

Not stiff enough, feels very flexible and thin. The handle flexes enough to fully open the sunroof without hitting the sunroof with your other hand. With the previous locking there were no problems.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Contact seller

it sucks but splurge and it's good when .

Nonsense. I have to reconnect it to the lift rod at least every 2 or 3 times I use it. And I run two car dealerships, it wasn't a faulty setup. I know it sucks, but go broke, which is fine if you want to get into the back of your car reliably. I'll replace mine here soon

Pros
  • Inspires trust
Cons
  • Useless functions

Replacement at a good price

Installation was fairly easy, took a while to set up properly but has worked for the last 3 months. I've read other reviews that say it breaks, but honestly, as long as you're good with the door and don't use unnecessary force to slam the door, you'll be fine. It's plastic so I see if it gets too cold it can become brittle and crack, will have to see this winter. Overall a good replacement for the price.

Pros
  • Dope 🔥
Cons
  • So-so

I agree. in body and equipment

It was well received. but it never worked properly with the latch where I had to press the tailgate to open it. The part that operates the lever broke immediately. In less than a year the mounting bolt/bolt broke right out of the case. Now it just flops and I'm prone to cracking. I guess I'll go back to "cheating" to get it working for now. It's probably best to find "U-pull-it" and get the original. As someone said here. The original lasted 20 years. WTF Dorman. Chinese junk without a doubt!

Pros
  • Very impressive
Cons
  • Nothing

Poor quality Chinese made plastic breaks easily

I encounter two of these a year - but - we exercise a lot and the jeep hatch opens 3-4 times a day. More on the weekend. The plastic tab on the lifter handle is poor plastic, it breaks, breaks a lot, breaks great in cold weather, guaranteed to break if below zero. So much so that I installed an emergency "rip cord” release on the jeep's door and then removed the interior cover. So I designed a brass shell and then super glued it for reinforcement. So the little bolt that opens the lock slips…

Pros
  • One year trial period
Cons
  • Some cons
