Fits once you figure it out.

I took it apart first and found that there was another connector at the end of the hose. After some internet searching I decided to snap it in, although the color of the clip and style of clasp is completely different than the OEM. It snaps into place and appears to be working correctly. You must reuse the hose and fitting closest to the firewall - they will be disconnected from the old assembly. I just installed it so no long term quality reports. I'll check if that fails. If I haven't updated

Very easy to change, worth a try

About two months ago my 2005 Mazda 3 engine light came on. My code is P0455. I did some research and found that replacing the purge valve might fix the problem. I put off solving the problem because I'm an idiot and noticed that my car starts poorly after filling up. The car shook and I had to accelerate to start it. I finally replaced the valve and the engine light went out and the refueling problem was solved. Replaced it over a month ago and no problems since. Very easy to change, it's worth

Good value for money: exhaust and emissions

I've been a Revain and Revain Prime customer for many years. When I was browsing the auto department for parts for my Mazda 3, I came across Revain Warehouse deals I didn't even know existed. I was able to get this part for almost half the original price and it was a great bargain. I do a lot of work on my car myself, and even for a beginner, changing the purge solenoid valve is easy. This part, while not OEM, fitted perfectly and was a great replacement for my bad one. I recommend this to…

Dorman Flush Valve 911-700 Overview

I bought this part for my 2007 Mazda 3i. After refueling, the car had starting problems. You have to turn the key several times and hold the accelerator pedal for a minute or two after you start the engine or it will stall. This part was one of the easiest setups I've ever done. The entire process took less than 10 minutes. The only difference I see is that the cord in the OEM part is made of a harder plastic/PVC material that is molded into a specific shape, while the Dorman replacement is a…

Fits 02/2007 Mazda3 Hatch 2.3L

I think some other reviewers have specific models that this part will not work on. While Revain says it will fit, you should check if you have California emissions materials or post 6/2007 build as those parts are obviously different. However, I'm not sure what could be different. As for the part, the build quality looks just as good as the OEM. The plug at the end was different from the normal one. The OEM style for me was a red retaining clip, and this Dorman part has an internal blue clip…
