🚗 Dorman 926-469 Dashboard Instrument Bezel Assembly: A Perfect Fit for Dodge Models! Review

This item was easy to install and fitted well. Given that the last generation of trucks it will fit was a 2002 (2500/3500) or 2001 (1500) I find this piece of plastic quite expensive for a car over 18 years old. But I needed a refurb and it served the purpose well. The quality is really good. But I have a feeling that the cost could be better.

I bought this for my '98 Dodge Ram knowing it wouldn't fit but it fits great! * The only exception is the hole where the headlight switch is mounted. more this year, but it's barely noticeable. I bought a 99 headlight switch and hooked it up so there is no noticeable difference. FITS Ram 98 if yours is cracked or broken into pieces beyond repair.

While not perfect, this bezel is much better than the one I bought on eBay (half the price). Specifically, this one has a rubber saddle that goes over the steering column and a piece of air duct behind the center vents, all three vents snap securely in place and tilt properly and have all (12-13) mounts. Clips like OEM. The other one I bought only had 8 clamps, no saddle, no channels, one vent left unconnected and the other two didn't tilt properly. All in all, a decent aftermarket bezel.

Replaced an old dash bezel on my 2001 Dodge 2500 Ram pickup. Don't buy any of the other cheaper dashboard frames. This is the only one I've found that has deep vent pockets (otherwise you'll have to find a way to cut the back pockets out of the old frame and glue them onto the Lessor models).
