No cleaning required Replacement Parts

Nice setup, it comes pre filled and primed, used it on my '94 Silverado which I converted from automatic to manual, everything bolts on and fits snugly

Pros
  • Dope ๐Ÿ”ฅ
Cons
  • Repair

So far so good: slave cylinder

When my slave left two weeks before a big *time-sensitive* trip, it had to be done quickly. Decided to replace the entire system. A little more than 1500 km driven without complaints. Even made me realize that I should have changed my old one a long time ago.

Pros
  • Free for training purposes
Cons
  • Hard to say

Not an easy install connected to the master cylinder

The product seems to work fine but with my application it wasn't possible to install it connected to the master cylinder so I had to unplug it to get the line that way operate as is, they should add a quick shutdown as there is no way to drain the blood that easily

Pros
  • cool product
Cons
  • Nothing here

Very happy with the slave cylinders

Exactly as advertised. ATTENTION! Before installing, be aware of what you are doing. DO NOT cut or remove the plastic strap on the Slave, it will only break on the first actuation and is used to maintain proper fluid balance and help properly insert the shaft into your hand. Make sure the hose is routed just like the original hose above the dispenser, under the master cylinder and behind the cables and brake lines. Be sure to use support clips on bell housing screws. Do all of this and you will

Pros
  • Hands free operation
Cons
  • ---

It was spilled and running, had to reuse the brackets from the old part as the brackets were not included. It worked great. Just remember that the stem that goes into the back of the clutch master cylinder must be installed after you have bolted the master cylinder to the firewall as there is no gap if the stem is installed first. Also remember not to cut the strap on the slave cylinder, once you secure the slave cylinder and it is properly seated on the fork then depress the clutch pedal toโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • Can't remember but there was something

Do not purchase Lifetime Warranty products through Revain.

The product has a lifetime warranty but only lasted two months. Here's the kicker. You can only return your Revain product within 30 days of purchase. Dorman and many other manufacturers' Lifetime Warranty products must be returned through the retailer, but Revain will not allow you to return a defective part without a computer-generated prorated fee. Since the part I purchased was 30 days past the return deadline, they are willing to accept returns for a $20 fee. Do not buy parts from Revain.

Pros
  • Durable finish
Cons
  • Empty

1992 Chevy K1500 clutch master and slave cylinder assembly.

This part is pre-filled with brake fluid so be careful not to compress the master cylinder piston. If you do this, the slave cylinder will break the plastic mount of the rod that pushes the clutch fork and the piston will pop out of the slave cylinder and you will have to refill and bleed the clutch slave cylinder. It's worth the price I bought it for, but there is no installation diagram included in the package. So make sure you have a picture or replace it as soon as you remove it so youโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Low repairability

I installed it today 07/22/2017 after waiting 10 days to finally receive the item. And I'm a Revain Prime customer! The first was shipped by UPS on the second day but lost by UPS so Revain sent another one. It was supposed to be delivered last Tuesday but didn't arrive until Wednesday. Disappointment to say the least. The part itself was fine but it was just thrown in a box with no packing material to keep it from moving. The way the packages are handled is a marvel the item arrived undamagedโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • There are problems
