Perfect fit for 2000 F250

Bought these to replace old ones because the LED lights I bought required a flat mount and they worked great. The test asked about the brightness. Well, the brightness is zero because it's not light.

Pros
  • Best in niche
Cons
  • Useless features

Works with some LEDs

Works and fits perfectly. I bought these for my PowerStroke 03 headlights. I bought an LED and the wire came out the side of the LED headlights. So the original headlight nut was too tall so I ordered them and they worked great.

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • I vaguely remember

1996 Dodge Ram - Headlight Bracket

This product fits my 1996 Dodge Ram 2500 perfectly (although Revain said if it doesn't fit my car. No sprockets, Revain does!). The only other option was a $30 pair that didn't look like stock at all, so I thought at that price point it was worth taking a chance with this item. Also the description mentioned my 9004 lamp as fitting so I bought it. Glad you did! The picture shows the standard ring on the left and the Corman version on the right.

Pros
  • Very Good Price
Cons
  • Volume

Fits my 1995 Mazda B4000 SE 4x4 pickup with extended cab, the Ford Ranger Twin. My lamp is 9007. The length of the outer sleeve is a little shorter than stock but it doesn't matter, the new item is shorter which makes the installation a little easier in terms of plugging and unplugging, you have to move the small tab around the Unplugging makes it easier to get in. I bought 2.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Ugly packaging

Check the headlight assembly, see if they are already set to

For the price you can't go wrong but I didn't look at the lights I ordered, they came with them. I thought I should have her, but I didn't. but kept it anyway, they were cheap, once everything was installed I could potentially see how hard it would be to change a bulb once it was burned out, didn't see the benefit of having a big big or original factory , They were fine, I was able to reach and grab them and rotate them with no problem

Pros
  • . In order!
Cons
  • Damaged

Do not buy if you have a 2003 F350 Super Duty, they will not fit!

So that's the problem with them. If you have a spare bulb or a different bulb, the three pins that attach the bracket to the headlight assembly will not have enough clearance between the bulb o-ring and the pins to secure the retaining ring. Housing. This design requires an additional 2/16 inch clearance between the back of the three studs and the o-ring to fit. Again I have an 03 F350 Super Duty Crew Cab with a 7.3 diesel and it doesn't fit.

Pros
  • good stuff
Cons
  • badly thought out

2002 F250 Worked well for installing replacement LED bulbs

When I ordered some LED bulbs for my F250 I picked up a set and was pleased. The bearing mounts are too thick and need to be cut to work with aftermarket bulbs. Having driven this trail before with an old truck I didn't want to risk one of them breaking during the rebuild so I decided to order a set of these instead. I'm glad I did, they worked well and I will use them again. I hope the plastic used in them will hold up as well as the bearing holders. The time will show.

2000 Ford Excursion. Requires a small mod to fit

Dormant and Revain both stated this would fit a 2000 Ford Excursion. He arrived and said it was for the 9004 style, not 9007. That's Dormant's fault, not Revain's. I've been a Dorman customer for a long time and this is the first time this has happened to me. I really needed the short rings to replace the long factory version to accommodate the LED headlight upgrade. This was a simple mod for those Dorman headlight brackets, although it wasn't an exact match. I just had to grind the 3 teeth of…

The lamp bracket matched my new LED headlights perfectly

I recently bought a pair of Dorman HELP! 42415 Headlight Bulb Bracket w/ Ring for mounting a pair of 9007 LED bulbs in my 1999 F250 Super Duty Pickup. The lamps came with a case that contained a small fan on the back with an electrical cord protruding from it. The factory lamp retaining ring is about 2 1/2" long and will not fit the fan. I decided to order the Dorman rings instead of trying to cut 20 year old brittle plastic retaining rings. The last thing I needed was was that my truck is out…
