Check out the package! works for engine cooling and air conditioning

Did not work for the driver's side temperature control on a 2004 Suburban 1500 with dual zone manual temperature control. Installing the block caused other drives to crash - go into defrost mode, etc. It took me a while to figure out that this was causing problems elsewhere. I studied further and found that the pinout here is different than the original part. Repackaged Mack Truck Part

I bought this for my 1995 S10 Blazer. As you may or may not know, you have to remove the entire dash to access this part and then it's still hidden behind/under the large wiring harness. After removing this part and comparing it to the one that came out, I was convinced I had the wrong part. After double checking the part numbers and then looking up the OEM part numbers and looking for photos, all new parts only have 4 pins and the one that came out of the Blazer had 6 pins.
