Great fit, I think the people who wrote the negative reviews didn't read the headline. This grille is for the E46 pre facelift so 99-2003 if you have a newer car you will need a facelift grille. Perfect for my 01 m3.

The plastic mold isn't as straight as it should be, the clips aren't aligned like the OEM. The product is wavy. Stood on the car for more than six months, did not fade. I just wish the facility was better. Update: The grille lasted about 1 1/2 years, it was starting to fade and I had a crack on the bar, no hit marks. I ended up buying a better product and replacing this grill.

I purchased this kit with little expectation of replacing my original grill which was falling apart and coming loose. I figured there wasn't much to lose. They really fit and look great. Just a word of advice, when installing, be sure to position the tension clips correctly so they rest against the end of the hood notch. There are many guides on Youtube that you can find online to help you with this. Otherwise they are just completely loose and don't sit properly.

Item says fits 1999-2002 E46 325Ci 330Ci 2 Door. I have a 2001 325ci (coupe). Unfortunately I tried them on too late to get a refund as the car was overhauled but they didn't even come close. One side stays in, but a gap of about 0.5 to 1 inch is left around the edges, which should be flush with the hood. Absolute rubbish. The first problem arose straight out of the box when two of the side clips on one of the grilles broke. I guess what the heck this is a replacement for the original grill that already has five broken clips so I can give it a try. When I paste it, two things happen. First, the two bottom latches break, and second, the frame just slides out without sticking to the hood.
