This is a beautiful stainless steel ice bucket. Bought this to secure my first while needing a wash or use at a party when I need two. Not surprised, good pressure and well built. This one adds tongs and a strainer at the bottom, above and beyond my first. I'm not sure if it's necessary either. I use a stainless steel cup to scoop ice and melt water is not a problem for me. That and a portable ice maker make it easier for me to stay hydrated. I would recommend this to everyone.

I can't even tell how well it works because it arrived so covered in black dust and dirt that I had to soak, clean and soak again 3 times in 24 hours i had it The black particles and twilight were still stuck in some of the small cracks in the rubber band around the lid and in the holes in the drain board. The edge of the lid doesn't appear to be brushed; I've seen duller kitchen knives. The good news is that the seal is fine. In general, the post-processing quality seems to be poor. I bought this at the last minute for a party and it didn't arrive on time so I put it in the closet without opening it and forgot about it. Well after a few months I opened it (too late to go back. Ugh) and it's a complete mess! The "stainless steel" coating has been rubbed off in several places and has rust spots! It's less than $20 so I really wasn't expecting much at first. The UPS box was delivered undamaged. The inner box that contained the product looks more like a soccer ball than a dice. There were pieces of metal broken off the outside of the box, one side of the handle wasn't originally made properly, and I'm not even sure if the damaged box was the real reason the handle broke on one side.
