It's less than $20 so I really wasn't expecting much at first. The UPS box was delivered undamaged. The inner box that contained the product looks more like a soccer ball than a dice. There were pieces of metal broken off the outside of the box, one side of the handle wasn't originally made properly, and I'm not even sure if the damaged box was the real reason the handle broke on one side. I think the parts weren't designed properly and they were never put together in production. This is a rough metal that is difficult to clean with a sharp-edged lid. And the water drainage function can keep the first half-melted ice cube under the drain, but for the most part, it's a pretty useless function. Also, the rubber gasket doesn't even fit in the cap groove, so it slips and shrinks. I won't get it back, it's not with energy.
