Didn't help Spare parts

Sensors received and installed but car won't start. I went to the parts store, bought a kit, came back and installed the kit from the parts store and they work great. I paid more than double the amount at the parts store to have my car fixed. I want the sensors I ordered to work because I would save a lot of money.

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • Expensive

Bug within 2 weeks

Replaced a fouled catalytic converter in our Equinox and thought it would make sense to replace both O2 sensors at the same time. Within 2 weeks the upstream O2 sensor failed causing the engine to not run, fouling the spark plugs and reducing fuel economy to 13mpg (from 26mpg). Luckily I don't throw anything away so the original sensors that I removed stayed on the shelf. I replaced the old top sensor back and the engine runs great up to 26mpg. I would advise buying OE branded sensors andโ€ฆ

  • Everything is fine!

None of them worked but excellent and consistent communication

***UPDATE**** They gave me a 100% refund. There was communication even though the sensors did not match the vehicle/did not work. Very happy with the communication as most fail in this department. I will try them in the future. First, I'm a mechanic. I'm working on a friend's car (2010 GMC Terrain 2.4 ecotec FWD). I have both sensors set to 02 and both are failing. One doesn't even register with the processor, and the second mV is stable while the machine is idle. Both dropped the codes. Wentโ€ฆ

Good deal - both oxygen sensors for $40.00

available My engine check was on, code P0420 (catalyst system below threshold) came up saying something was wrong with my emission which could have many reasons. After doing some research I started small, like replacing your oxygen sensors. I didn't know what the problem was, so I replaced both. In addition to the oxygen sensors, I recommend renting a tool (oxygen sensor socket, wrench) from AutoZone to save some more money when replacing the oxygen sensors. In any case, after some hardshipโ€ฆ

Quick fix / Terrible quality / Problems from day one

After replacing the catalytic converter and exhaust manifold I used these oxygen sensors. Well, on the first start, while still on the rise, it ran for about 1 minute and stopped. I didn't think anything of it because it started right away and I just blamed it on the computer learning new codes or something. I got home with no problems. jumped back in the car and couldn't do 10mph because it was going horribly. I switched off the thermal and the car ran great. So I replaced the updraft andโ€ฆ
