Suitable for the groomer Suitable for collars, harnesses and leashes

I work in a small hair salon with a very stingy owner. I was tired of using chewed leashes for big strong dogs so I ordered them. I used them at a young 90 lb lab and they worked great. Allowed me to control walking from one place to another and he couldn't slip out of them. They are not used for long-term use, only to move dogs from one room to another. But they are great for what I need!

  • Absolutely amazing!

Best leashes I have bought in 15 years

I was very surprised when I read in the product description that these leashes were 2.5 cm wide. So I ordered them, and no kidding, they're an amazing 1 inch wide, the "ring" is huge so no wire fiddling, and they're 6 feet long. After being at an animal shelter for 15 years I have ordered THOUSANDS of leashes and am tired that many sellers have no descriptions, weak 1/2 inch leashes and only 4 inch leashes. For the price and quick delivery, THESE will be our leads from now on! My co-workers…

Simple but effective.

These leashes were just what we were looking for to distribute around the house and help our dog navigate. They are simple but effective. Good price and nice bright colors. In some other reviews, people have complained that they are clicky. They seem sturdy enough to me, but our dog weighs about 30 pounds. If you use them on a 75 lb dog. You can have different results. Since these are sliding leashes, you must be careful to use them properly and not choke your dog. If your dog is slow, do not…

As advertised! good on a leash

I am retired and occasionally keep dogs at home when people go on holiday and want their puppies to be with the family. Sometimes the owner unintentionally leaves his pet here without a leash. Of course I have my own leashes and use one to walk our guest. But if they show up off-leash to pick him up and he's off-leash with his dog, I'll send the dog home with one of them. It's a nice long leash in a light color and much stronger than the vet's. Any medium sized small or large dog can easily…

These work great!

They are perfect for my Flat Head Collie. I can't use a regular collar/leash when walking him because he can slip out of almost everything I've tried, including martingales. These glide lines are much safer for him as he cannot back away from them. They curl up a bit, but that doesn't bother me at all. I love that there are multiple wires/colors in this pack so I have one in each car and on both doors. ***Please note: in the photo my dog is wearing a collar so there are tags on it but the leash

Perfect for rescuing random dogs

I keep these in my car so I can use them to rescue a stray dog if I find one. I have met several stray dogs and they are difficult to get off the leash. I also gave them to my family members so they too could have leashes in their cars to rescue stray dogs. (Yes we always call animal control but they have suspended rescue during quarantine and lockdown.) I recommend these leashes for short term use. If you want to use them like a real leash. Not. Buy your dog a harness (although you can make a…

Simple is better than the best in leashes

Usually the best way to get a leash that will do the job well is to keep it simple. Before that I tried 2 glide lines. One of them was advertised mainly for its convenience. It was luxuriously soft (the softest I've tried). Unfortunately he doesn't stop. When the dog moved, that leash moved too. The only "combination" should be dressing and undressing. It should not slide over the dog unless you decide you want it to slide. Similar problems with other lines. But these sliding cables are simple…

excellent quality, durability, beautiful colors

These lines are fantastic. My new puppy had Giardia when I bought him. We had to lock him up in the house and only let him use pee pads for 2 weeks. This was confusing to him and hence caused all sorts of problems with homeschooling. We always wanted to keep an eye on him outside of the cage. The result of these two factors was that he would always urinate on the floor and then drag his leash across it. So I needed some cheap linens to use for a day (or an hour!) and then added a washing…
