🐶 Water-Resistant Dog Jacket, Fleece-Lined, Warm, for Small, Medium & Large Pet Dogs Review

This is VERY small. Pay attention to sizes. I bought the XL for my Lab mix - it weighs 70 pounds. Size XL of any other brand fits with same size charts. I couldn't even put it on his body. As a side note on the dog apparel and coat industry, I wish you were all more consistent in size.

I read reviews of the seller and one says the manufacturer's size. We first bought an M for our 14 lb Shih Tzu but it was too big. I sent it back and asked for a small one instead and it fits. He doesn't like it, but we hope he soon realizes he needs it in minus weather!

I'm not sure I can accurately describe this coat as 'warm' but it's fine for a mild winter (average temperatures are above 30-40 degrees, where I live). The medium size fits my 13lb boston terrier well, she is water resistant (if not water resistant) and she seems to find it comfortable. It's beautiful, bright red, and the construction feels solid.

My dog took it off after 30 minutes. He wore the coat he had before for over a year, often for several days at a time, and never took it off. This jacket was also long and thin so wasn't perfect for my burly dog but would fit if stayed. It ended up in the trash the first day because I didn't think I could get it back after he abused it.

Ru and I love this coat EXCEPT for the oddly curled wings that closely follow the trajectory of his urine. It also runs small so the medium size will fit a small dog - unless it's a male, in which case you'll need to cut and sew. We have the orange color to protect them during the hunting season. If they reshaped the bottom of this coat to better suit boys I would give it 5 stars.

I really like this jacket for dogs; However, following advice from several customers to order a size or two larger, I did - and the jacket I received is just HUGE! I just ordered a second jacket in a smaller size so I hope it fits better. I chose not to return the first jacket as my dog is growing up. Hope it gets big! Despite the confusing sizing issues, the jacket is wonderful. Nice fleece inside, waterproof outside, easy to put on and take off. I would recommend it.

The quality is good. There are a few velcro spots and it was a bit confusing putting the jacket on my dog for the first time as I had to figure out where to put the velcro back or (actually it's not that difficult). The jacket has a hole. Rear seat belt D-ring. Depending on the thickness, it can be a bit difficult to get the D-ring through the hole. The part that goes across your dog's chest and abdomen is a little stretchy and has a slightly odd shape that can bother male dogs when urinating.…
