As long as my cats eat, it's fine. They don't notice that with either dry or wet food. They seem to be a bit more energetic, but not for long as far as health benefits go. I have cats with FHV and stomatitis so I hope this helps.

When the vet ordered the immune support powder it was sold out on all the websites and the vet office, I gave it a try. My cat has severe nasal allergies and frequent sinus infections. That seems to work better for her. Although her sinus problems are still there, she hasn't had as much discharge and infection.

Initially, my cat didn't want to use this powder in her wet food, even if it was mixed. So I started sprinkling a little on top; it has lasted about a week and now i can sprinkle a full dose on his wet food and he loves it. I even dust him with some dry food that he nibbles on. Before he got it, he vomited up most of his food and now he rarely gets sick and is doing much better. He is 18 years old and quite active now for his age.

I have a cat that was tested for allergies and the results lit up like a Christmas tree (and not in a good way). I was hoping it would help her, but I really haven't noticed any difference in her allergic/immune response. For me it was the same as not giving her anything. I wish I could say I would recommend it because it was a good price and easy to mix with food. She didn't mind the taste without noticing it in her food, so luckily it was good. Hope others have better luck with it.

I had such high hopes for this product after reading the reviews. Both of my cats sneeze (one longer than the other) and I've given them lysine but it didn't work.
