Too thin for my purposes

I bought this hoping it would help Dr. Collins Biofloss, which must have been discontinued. This product is very thin and doesn't stick to plaque like Biofloss, which I absolutely love. Disappointing.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Annoying

Luxury Thread, Luxury Price

Dr. Collins costs about three times more than standard Reach floss. Both clean the teeth quite well. Collins is a little softer and absorbs a little better, and a frail guy like me is willing to shell out an extra $7 a year for premium stuff that makes my flossing experience a little more enjoyable.

Pros
  • Absolutely Amazing!
Cons
  • Long wait

Good floss - fits tight spaces and cleans well - better than Glide

I don't have much room between my teeth. So this and glide are the only threads that work for me. dr Collins' floss does spread out to capture material, but Glide doesn't. Both are good, but Dr. Collins is the best!

  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • Not bad, but...

Too slippery for dental floss holder

To replace Listerine Gentle Gum Floss. This thread has a nice texture but is very smooth and slippery and does not stick to the Flossmate handle. As you continue to slip off the button, wrap the thread around it to hold it in place.

Pros
  • Slim design
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model

Strong and thorough

I have crowded teeth and even waxed floss can get stuck and break, so I tried this perio floss. It works! It enters between clenched teeth and comes out unharmed. I bought it again it's so good.

Pros
  • Regular price
Cons
  • Long delivery time

Don't get stuck between your teeth! Hooray

I've found that regular dental floss often cuts into or catches in my teeth. I used a different brand of thread that advertised it wouldn't snag. The first time I used it, it turned out to be wrong. I now use dental floss from Dr. Collins and she NEVER cut or put in my teeth! You need this if you have problems with regular or other threads.

Pros
  • Absolute Legend
Cons
  • Great Price

Doesn't really crumble!

So. My husband has such a hard time with dental floss. His teeth are so close together that there is always dental floss between his teeth. The floss wears out and he uses yard after yard of floss just to brush his teeth once. We've all tried Glides, Toms Floss, Fancy Floss that claim not to break, but lo and behold I've discovered Perio! The price wasn't the highest but if it works as it's supposed to then I was willing to buy it for my husband. When he opened the packet and pulled out a…

Very unique dental floss that takes its place as a staple

I usually use Costco oral floss which is great but this stuff is on another level. It removes deposits between my teeth with such ease and convenience that an oral would never get it right even if I tried 5 times to remove deposits. This stuff is so good. The only catch is that the thread itself is actually just a bundle of superfine threads that are somehow woven or somehow combined together to create a floss thread. The oral B I use regularly is just a solid piece. Therefore, this thread…
