Highly recommended for comic artists and illustrators!

Excellent ink. Very opaque, has a slight sheen. Works very well with feathers, even very small feathers. Highly waterproof, dries quickly and won't fade when you wash it to get rid of pencil sketches after ink painting. And a glass bottle is good, better than a spillable plastic bottle.

let it dry or not!

This ink is absolutely bleed resistant if you let it dry completely before painting over it (with water based ink/paint). The edges of the lines are perfectly clear. Nice. Also great in washes/thin layers, as a tone/shade for black and white drawings. The ink diluted with water is indelible even after drying.

Dark and Lovely Ink

This ink is very black and dries relatively quickly. Although this is my first time using ink like this, the first time I used a pen I didn't smear anything on the page, so this is my win. add) Pencil erasing doesn't get as light as Microns. I heard angels singing as I washed the underlying graphite. Everything is as black as my soul. I'm so glad I chose this ink and can't wait to do more amazing things with it. The matte finish is okay too, it should work well for scans too. I bought this ink…

Great ink for refilling markers!

I bought this ink because they were trying to spend $4-8 on a brush that ran out/dried in about a month. This ink is perfect, the bottle is small but you really only need 2-3 drops into the body of the marker to refill it. Don't overdo it or you'll end up with a leaky marker! Some of the markers I used for refills: Kuretake #4 brush pen Mirco pens Tombow Pentel brush pens And even watercolor pencils The only problem (it's not a big problem) is that they smudged when you added water. But this…

Waterproof, fade-resistant, archival and matte finish.

Lightfast, archival and water resistant once dry. It's a really nice dark black with a nice matte finish (no glare); You can also dilute with water if you want to work in layers. The ink flows well and is quite dense compared to other inks, although for really large black areas Windsor Newton gouache is still the best in terms of consistency. dr Martins manufactures three types of black ink: 1.
