    Poor flap design, don't waste your $$

    This door was very easy to install. I like the idea of the magnets on the valve. But a double-framed sash collapses in about 15 minutes. I have 2 boxers and 2 or 3 passes through the door and the cheap plastic clasp breaks and falls apart. The valve was changed 5 times in 6 months.

    A little noisy but works well

    Our Jack Russell took a few tries to get used to because the two valve system is quite noisy. However, in our chilly winter temperatures, the double flaps help keep the cold out. Dogs fly through now and really seem to enjoy it. Our oldest dog now comes out about 3 times more than our old door.

    This door is amazing!

    We love this dog flap. After looking at many doors and reading reviews we really liked that this door had a couple of magnets to securely close the door after our mini gold pattern went through. It is in two parts so there are magnets when she goes and separate magnets when she enters. The design is great!

    very bad design

    I liked the dog flap at first when it was first installed. However, after installation, my dog's paws kept getting stuck in the rubber frame that spanned the inside and outside of the door. The inner plastic rubber frame which came loose 3 times with my dog's paws didn't take long and I went ahead and removed the outer frame because I didn't want my dogs to get stuck in it. So I still have it installed now and dogs can get in and out, but without the outer plastic rubber frame surrounding the…

    Doesn't let air through! in doors, gates, and ramps

    Like the other reviewer, I've also used this from the inside of my house to the garbage can in the garage. Installation was pretty easy. Can't speak to reuse and durability yet as my cats are still trying to figure out what's going on. I will say this works very well for keeping cold air out. We only installed one side, and when I pulled out the plastic part, a draft came up immediately. As soon as I closed the door, I felt nothing!     Installation not as easy as said

    Love the door but wouldn't buy it again. The wind will blow and if it rains I'll have water in my wall. The black center is cheap and the setup is difficult to place between the two halves. I used a 2x4 as suggested and the supplied bolts are only 2" long, they weren't long enough to go through the wood and fit the nut. I was able to adjust the plastic in the middle and caulk the cracks with silicone to keep the water out. This is a good purchase if you are moving from home to a garage or…
