Description of DRAGONITE Sharpening Whetstone Bamboo Nonslip

VERSATILE KNIFE SHARPENER : This knife sharpening stone set with two double-sided sharpening stones features 4 grits 120/280/1000/4000, which is an excellent option for a variety of cutting edges like kitchen knives, hunting knives, scissors, pocket knives, razors and cutting knives, even axe blades. PRECISE SHARPENING: Grit 120 and 280 for sharpening dull knives, Grit 1000 for repairing small gaps, removing raw edges and consolidating the blade, Grit 4000 for polishing and grinding surface. Each block is 7.1 inches long by 2.36 inches wide, giving you ample surface space to sharpen knife. GUARANTEE THE SAFETY: Most blades should be sharpened at a 20-degree angle, you should find it. The silicone base can fix the stone in the bamboo base that contains a non-slip bottom, ensures you sharpen the knife stably. EXCELLENT MATERIAL: The wet stone sharpening kit is made of white corundum and silicon oxide, which has high hardness and good wear resistance. No oil is needed, just soak the whetstone with water to start grinding. EASY TO CLEAN: Clean the whetstones with water. This will cause the stone to release the tiny metal particles you’ve sharpened off your blades from its pores. Rinse the stone with water, and wipe down with a paper towel.

Excellent value for money and quality!

Very impressed with this brick set. Give my benchmade freak a razor-sharp M4 steel. Honestly it worked better than my Ken Onion Work Sharp knife sharpener. Highly recommended!

Pros
  • The best in its niche
Cons
  • will be added later

Whetstones, not waterstones.

I read or suspected in the post that they are water stones. I have always used whetstones dry, but waterstones cannot be used dry, they are too soft. They work great both dry and wet. I got my latest razor blades for less than $40, can't beat them.

Pros
  • Inspires confidence
Cons
  • Not fashionable

Good looking well built product

This thing is very well put together, the rubber base plus wood is all very nice. You get four different grains for one great price. I'm pretty bad at sharpening knives, but I was able to create a new burr on a very old kitchen knife that had sat in my drawer for years with a coarse grit. At 4000 grit I wasn't able to sharpen the blade as well but that's because I'm new to stones and try to keep my own angles. I think it's a good product but if you are new or new to knife sharpening I would…

Pros
  • Excellent overall
Cons
  • Doubtful
