Good bed so far, poorly worded instructions.

Considering the bed was only made up last night and I'm writing this review in a haze of sleep deprivation, I'm giving this a 4 star rating. My son is 2 years old and was very excited to see his own large boys bed. It took him 2 hours to fall asleep in it, but one day he didn't fall out. The hardware supplied is of good quality and the bed itself feels really solid although it doesn't look like it. My son can easily get in and out. I didn't rate it 5 stars because the instructions are really…

The bed arrived defective. Some parts are longer than others and others shorter, making the bedding uneven. The bed is not safe for sleeping. I go to the support product forum on the manufacturer's website and is told to fill out a form with details, but it won't even let me open the form fill-out page. My daughter has already fallen in love with the bed and is very sorry that I have to disassemble it as parts came in unevenly, it's almost like they weren't cut properly. I am extremely…

Don't do this to yourself

Took 3 hours to assemble. It's NOT like Ikea. Nothing is properly labeled, instructions are imprecise. This is a trial and error method. Everything is similar, just an inch or a hole in a different place. Much luck. I assembled an entire house from Ikea cabinets and entertainment systems and it took me 3 hours. He is also very fragile. A 30 kg child jumping on a mattress will easily break it. Caps are a decent size, dual railings are good, color options are good and all parts were in the box…

The rails are not as high as they seem.

The bed was easy to assemble. However, keep in mind that the rails are not as high as they appear when you put the mattress on. My grandson fell out of bed several times, but since it was close to the ground, he wasn't hurt. The screws that others had trouble with were easy to tighten using the long side of the included tightening tool. One of the legs had a decent broken/chipped piece. It wasn't too flashy and I didn't have time to find a replacement so I live with that. I counted all the…

This is the bed of choice when going from crib to crib for toddlers!

If you're going from a crib to a toddler bed, I recommend you choose this bed. We chose this one because of the side rails on all sides. There are just enough holes for him to come out when he wants and not fall out when he's sleeping. My son tosses and turns a lot in his sleep and hasn't fallen out yet. He slept great in it. It took the first few nights to get him to stay in his bed before bed and not run around the room. I think it was a new found freedom to be able to hop on and off whenever

Perfect for my soon to be 2 year old baby (29lbs/39 ")

I chose this crib mainly for the extra rails. The conversion of 2 children's chairs/sofas was a nice bonus. The tabletop conversation set is designed for the tabletop and table legs. You must buy/make your own pillows. I didn't buy it because it seems too short for a seated and colored table. It had no instructions but I found their manual on their website. Most pieces were marked except for 10 crossbars (3 sizes). Although you can understand it, the instructions are a bit confusing. You don't…

Cute bed for my granddaughter

My granddaughter is almost 2 years old and will have a little brother or sister in a few months. As I have to pack for her siblings, I decided to surprise her with an early birthday present: a large girls bed if she stays here. roll out She's something of an acrobatic sleeper, which is why I love that this bed has railings on both sides, top and bottom. I assembled it today all by myself. Aside from one occasion when I had to whip out my magnifying glass, the photos were pretty…
