Bought these for our 2 cots because they have wooden slats to support the mattresses and we've tried everything else. The cot came with an attachable side rail but it wasn't big enough and my 2 year old kept falling out. They work great. If you use them for 2 single beds like me, the safety rails are NOT suitable for beds other than toddlers (if you only use one). If you use both rails for the same bed, you will get 2 rails.
