Let me upfront by saying that my son is tough on his boots, but not so tough that they fall apart after two months of casual wear. I was very disappointed with this purchase. I will not buy again.

I really wanted to love them but my son only wore them a couple of times before one of them broke! We've gone through the return window since I kept them for him so I'm very disappointed.

Great shoe so far; We've only had them for a week, so no information on long-term wear. Comfortable, looks better than expected, kids love it.

Granddaughter loves these shoes. 8 years since I bought this shoe I haven't worn any other shoes. We've been to the San Diego Zoo, the beaches, and the Monterey Bay Aquarium. Comfortable in everything! Maybe before school starts you are looking for a different color in the same shoe!

We've worn these shoes all summer, they're cute and it was so easy to go to the park with sprays on and still look cute with regular clothes. They also dry quickly. I suggest washing them off immediately if there is chlorine in the water.

The fabric holding the metal rings that the straps run through ripped in less than a month. Sandals were shit before that. Putting these things on requires two straps, which can be quite difficult for small children to handle.

I selected according to the size chart provided and these shoes are VERY large for my 3 year old. It is between size 8 and 9, but not quite 8.5 for some brands. Judging by the reviews and charts, I bought a size 9 and it swims in it. We can't even wear them because they're too big and chunky. Overall this is a very durable and beautiful shoe, but I would say if your child has a thin foot and is between sizes, don't go too big and ignore the stupid size chart because it's rubbish. .

I only gave 4 stars because I don't know how durable they are over time. Otherwise they are perfect! The back strap really helps put my son's feet in easily. They are soft on the inside and my son usually likes to wear socks with sandals as most shoes get stuck somewhere. But he's handling it well. He is 3 years old and loves her! Bought these shoes in 3 different colors. My daughter said they were all cute. She wears 10 but I bought 11 because of all the extra adjustments the shoe has and it worked PERFECTLY. Love the front and back straps and the added elastic adjuster on the front of the shoe. I thought the dangling bit of that elastic would be a problem when she runs around, but I actually just tucked it into the elastic just below her, and it looks like the shoe was DESIGNED to be worn like that.
