Great for what I need.

This is a high speed steel so it will dull faster than carbide if you use it on wood (or sheet metal which I wouldn't recommend). However, I bought this to get a perfect 60 degree internal bevel on a piece of PTFE tubing for a 3D printer and for that it works great and can last forever. Cutting PTFE will never dull this tip, so it's included in the tool kit and will be used for a long time.

Pros
  • Threaded Shank
Cons
  • No Power

Grow. Serious? for electric drill parts and accessories

This product comes with some rust on the shank and a protective rubber coating on the cutting surfaces. I removed the "protective" finish and found that there was more rust in the cut zone than on the shaft. Really guys? A brand new tool shouldn't arrive in such bad condition. It seems to cut "well" (have only used it on aluminum and not steel so far) but I'm not sure I have high hopes for its durability given how it's been received.

Pros
  • Country of origin: USA
Cons
  • Only available in black

This product is exactly as described. I read a negative review but didn't consider it because the person said he didn't get what he ordered but never said he did. The only thing I could think of was that they wanted a countersink for a 1/2" screw. This has a 1/2" body that will only fit a propeller with a main head diameter of 1/2" or less. Also, most American screws use 82 degrees instead of 100 degrees. I was very happy with my purchase.

Pros
  • Countersink
Cons
  • Available in white color only
