How is it. for sewing

Easy to cut. Can also be inserted into the case from the outside as a longer seam ripper. The seam ripper is not ergonomic in design, so a longer version is sometimes useful.

Pros
  • Many fit
Cons
  • Many

It changed my life

New to sewing. I picked apart the stitching with scissors and cursed at how slowly it was done. It's day and night with this baby. Where have you been all my life.

Pros
  • Hands Free
Cons
  • Style 90

Good but not the best seam ripper

It's not as sharp as I expected so requires a little more pressure than the previous one I had. This can be a problem with delicate fabrics, but so far I've had success with every application.

Pros
  • Review for a year
Cons
  • Negative impression

The carving works great.

The metal in the ripper is not as strong as I think it should be, I have tried several types of rippers from this brand and all have had their tips broken off. The carving works great.

Pros
  • fingers crossed
Cons
  • old

It takes a good grip and some force to separate the pieces

It takes a good grip and some force to separate the pieces. I may have clamped mine too tight at some point, but they often get stuck. Sweaty fingers or in a hurry do not suit this product. Otherwise, I use the Ripper a lot and it's a handy tool. I like how it closes by itself so it doesn't hit anything when not in use. Admittedly this is the only ripper I've ever owned, but I think it's a good design because the ripper seems to be very good.

Pros
  • Brilliantly made
Cons
  • Disappear

Sharp and won't snag on seam openers

I thought I had bought this brand before but maybe not. Other sewing machines I've had are almost unsuitable for fine silk or satin fabrics because the metalwork is rough and seizes. This seam ripper is sharp and smooth as it should be. I like the longer grip this design offers. A needle threader is always at hand.

Pros
  • Elegant design
Cons
  • Long delivery time

Best ripper I've ever owned

This is the best ripper I've ever owned. It is similar to a pen in size and shape, beautiful and durable. I like that the seam ripper and needle threader are inside the tube and only pop out when you pull them out and flip them. I especially like the fact that the needle threader is flipped and attached to the handle, making it a lot easier to hold than the tiny coin-like needle threaders that come with almost every sewing kit. Excellent purchase!

Pros
  • Great product
Cons
  • Something different

I'm having a hard time keeping up with Seam Ripper. I can never find it when I need it. When I saw this long seam ripper I knew this was exactly what I needed. Now I keep it in a pen tray on my desk and since it's about the length of a pen it doesn't sink to the floor and get lost. The hook part is very sharp and the tip is pointed, which makes it easy to remove even the thickest thread. I haven't used a needle threader yet, but the next time I need to sew on a button, I know I won't spend half

Pros
  • Got it!
Cons
  • Dear
