Good blade for sewing tools

The blade has an oil coating, be sure to wipe it off before working with fabrics. The blade is sharp. I could take apart a baby blanket in 30 minutes. The handle was comfortable to use. Came quickly from the seller.

Pros
  • Looking forward to
Cons
  • Expensive

Will never use regular seam ripper again

This curved blade ripper feels good in the hand, it's sharper than a regular ripper and the curved blade is just right for ripping a top seam or between two layers of fabric . It is also available. Love it!

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • Can't remember

Does what it's supposed to do

This is the perfect tool when a regular seam ripper can't get the job done, especially when trying to get those first few tight stitches. You can damage your work if you're not careful - it's more like a scalpel than a ripper - but it's very handy to have.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Thin

It works well with seam ripper

This is a good addition to my arsenal of sewing tools. I don't find this tool as handy as a regular seam ripper, maybe my eye coordination isn't as good as some other reviewers. With this tool, it is easier to fold the whole fabric or cut it yourself. This is good for long runs when you are tired of the more common type of seam ripper or when you can't get another seam ripper in the seam and need a very sharp point to get in. It works very well for jeans. and heavy fabric. It stays pretty…

Pros
  • Freehand
Cons
  • Very expensive
