Bought these to wear with two oversized winter coats, stylish but essentially not functional---in the Boston winter when I may wear your coat around your neck, you don't have to wear it. These are really high quality hook and loop fasteners. One of my daughters needed a special skirt for one of her dance classes. The studio measured all the kids as they made the skirts to order.
